TERMS

(1) TERMS OF USE _{Client will not claim work as thier own creation.

Client may post work to personal accounts under the condition that I (3ct0plasma) will be credited. Please link to https://3ct0plasmas.neocities.org/

Client will not use work for commercial profit. Client may print physical items with my work for personal use only.

Client will not use work with AI generators.

Client will not removed or obscure my (3ct0plasma) watermark.}
(2) TERMS OF SALE _{By commissioning 18+ work, the client acknowledges that they are 18+ in age.

I (3ct0plasma) am not responsible in the event that my client falsifies their age.

I (3ct0plasma) have the right to decline or terminate any request due to poor behavior.

In progress pictures are always avaliable upon request.}
(3) PAYMENT _{Payment is expected within a week of the commission being accepted before finished, unwatermarked peice is given.

USD payment is only accepted through Cashapp.}
(4) REFUNDS _{Percentage refunds given depending on how far along the work is at the time of request.
